手機電池充電的問題

我的手機是 Sony TX
一買回來的時後店員說要充3-5小時
但是我看他100%就拔起來了 大概充1個半小時而已
這樣的話會傷手機嗎?
然後因為我常常開網路所已很耗電 常常沒有電
那可已有什麼方法改善?(有用省電功能了
晚上睡覺前不管幾%都會拿去充電(關機充)充到早上8.9點(再開機)
這樣傷電池嗎? 然後基本上我一天都充2-3次會不會怎樣>
而且有時後充不到2個小時就從2%直接充到100%了 真的有飽嗎?
有時候用久了也會熱熱的..那會不會怎樣呢?

各位大大解答一下>< 拜託了
