CD唱片放入唱盤不會轉動,托盤1~2秒後自行彈出

我的CD 唱盤,CD唱片放入,按Play不轉動,雷射頭尚未到位,托盤已自行彈出
(Open),不放唱片按Close,托盤過1~2秒也會自行彈出,功能螢幕上只出現
Close, Open沒有Play,請問是何問題?維修約需多少錢?新竹市有建議的維修公司嗎?謝謝您的協助.(型號: Marantz CD5004)
