前監察院長王作榮今（31）日晨間逝世，總統馬英九說，王作榮的逝世是國家重大損失，他深感不捨與遺憾，並已指示政府相關單位全力協助家屬處理後事。

總統府發言人李佳霏轉述，馬英九總統表示，王作榮歷任大學教授、政府財經幕僚、考試委員、考選部部長暨監察院院長，為國戮力從公、盡心盡力；民國六十年代國家遭逢巨變時，其秉持經濟專業及對社會的使命感，在媒體針砭時事、提出國是建言，替台灣經濟把脈；此外，他執教台大經濟系多年，桃李滿天下，對國家社會政治、經濟、教育等領域貢獻卓著。

【施昂強╱台北報導】台北市南京東路、敦化北路交叉口的MOMO百貨15樓「亞太三溫暖」，昨天上午7點多疑似電線老舊，造成烤箱木地板起火燃燒，員工趕緊持滅火器滅火並報案，顧客受到驚嚇，紛紛結帳拿著毛巾掩鼻離去。消防隊指出，已檢查所有的線路避免再出意外，店家則低調不願多談，直呼：「生意已經很差，不要報了。」

803遊行 反漲離島航線票價

金馬澎愛鄉聯盟等旅台金門鄉親今天表示，8月3日將發起大遊行，反對離島航線調漲。

旅居台灣的中華金門旅台公共事務協進會、台北市金門同鄉會、中華金門同鄉會、金馬澎愛鄉聯盟上午召開記者會表示，8月3日將發動遊行、上街頭抗議交通部調漲離島航線票價。

中華金門旅台公共事務協進會理事長黃炳中、金門縣議員陳滄江均表示，台灣與金門的航線班班客滿，交通部竟同意航空公司漲價20%，用調漲台金航線的機票錢貼補其他航線的虧損，是劫貧濟富。

台北市金門同鄉會理事長李台生說，在台灣有30幾萬鄉親，同鄉會每天有接不完的電話，鄉親們抗議為何班班客滿的航班要調漲機票錢，交通部提不出數據，太可惡。

中華金門同鄉會副理事長黃昭贊說，機票票價調漲，讓金門人回鄉的路更遠，他並說，明年要來舉辦海峽競渡游泳比賽，看誰有辦法游回金門，因為沒有飛機可搭。

中華金門同鄉會理事長陳永東說，交通部調漲方案分三階段實施，第一階段調漲5%約100元左右，這是障眼法，最後來回票價會漲足5000元以上，這是吃人夠夠。

遊行路線8月3日中午報到，下午1時30分出發，預計下午6時結束，從立法院群賢樓出發、中山南路、東門圓環、信義路、杭州南路、仁愛路到交通部抗議遞交陳情書。

IMG_2224 每次我們第一個想到的總是法式 因為法式的擺盤跟細心,總讓我們吃得很優雅很滿足 這盤..... 20130613_法雄 你猜猜是什麼味? 說到法式 從鄉村風的馬旦馬須開始.... 接著是CP質很高質感很夠的宅食your kitchen 到今天走更奢華高貴路線的"法熊法式餐廳" IMG_2218 一進門就覺得那面白磚牆好熟悉 一問之下才知道 原來法熊接下之前irene也很喜歡的義式餐廳Albero的店面作了改裝(但兩家是沒有關係的喔) 不過說真的 法熊價位高了不少,當然質感也跟著提升 廢話說了這麼多 先看看晚間菜單吧 IMG_2194IMG_2195 採套餐制,價位坐落在$1980~2480之間(算是貴的蠻平均的 (不過有件事想小小抱怨一下, 菜單上,從前菜莎拉湯到熱前菜,都有兩三種選擇 但是看起來比較高檔的選擇,也都均要在多加$150~280不等 這實在是有點兒不乾脆捏,畢竟很少店家是這樣加的(哭) 爲了抵制這樣不乾脆的菜單,所以只換了一份湯(+$180) 水的部分也是另加$75(氣泡與非氣泡) 先上桌的是,好~夢幻的廚師招待 amuse bouche茴香漬鮭魚絢麗春露 IMG_2198 粉紅色的氣泡好可愛,氣泡下事先美的塊狀漬鮭魚 IMG_2199 味道不重,引人遐想,替今天美好的晚餐揭開了序幕 一定會有的熱呼呼麵包上桌囉~ 塗上滿滿厚厚的奶油是王道 (吃不夠可以續喔~) 接著上桌的是Paris Garden Salad with Coffee Soil and Spring Vegetables 巴黎花園沙拉 也太可愛了吧!!!竟然是一盆盆栽! IMG_2262 只有聽過甜的盆栽,沒想到在法熊也有鹹的盆栽 到底"土"是什麼滋味呢?? IMG_2203 看起來有些不同,原來是傳說中的分子料理 ( 分子料理，簡單地說，就是利用各種水狀膠質物，達到延緩香料顆粒沈澱、分離油水甚至特殊造型等功能，等於是將食物分子結構重組， 例如荔枝魚子醬，魚子醬外觀咬下卻是滿溢荔枝的香氣，完全顛覆視覺與味蕾) 20130607法雄22 吃起來滋味真得很奇妙 濕濕潤潤又帶著微鹹微鹹的口感 很難言語形容 真的要吃過才知道 精緻前菜:普羅旺斯香草鮪魚佐法式傳統烤茄泥 IMG_2204 (配色超美的~~~法式的餐盤就宛如畫盤一樣的豐富呢) 香草鮪魚香氣迷人 配上泥狀的茄子滑滑軟軟的好好吃喔 湯:法國洋肚菌松露風味牛肉鴨肝酥皮湯(加價$180) 名子複雜得很厲害,喝起來呢? IMG_2253 整體是清湯,味道卻意外的濃郁 配上熱呼呼的酥皮,又多了一層風味 濃的優雅,淡的醉人 讓人猛舔舌的美味 Parisienne Truffle Celery Veloute with Fried Egg-yalk 巴黎金蛋松露風味洋芹濃湯 IMG_2252 又是一到粉紅夢幻湯品(笑) 相較前者, 這碗湯就真得濃得很徹底 濃濃的蔬菜滋味配上炸過的黃金蛋 滋味跟視覺都滿足了 熱前菜:黃金軟殼蟹酪梨醬襯西班牙冷湯 IMG_2248 不知曾幾何時愛上了軟殼蟹? 法熊的軟殼蟹炸的剛好,一點兒也不顯油 咬下酥脆的外衣配上鮮甜的肉肉 記得沾上一口酪梨醬,味道會更加分 好喜歡裝在玻璃杯中的西班牙冷湯 小巧可愛 IMG_2205 邊緣抹一圈鹽,讓充滿番茄味兒的冷湯顯得更甜美 中場休息~水果雪酪 IMG_2249 我很喜歡雪酪酸甜的味道,相當爽口 用意是讓我們清清口中味道~更能"專心"享受稍後的主食囉 波特酒迷迭香岩燒小羔羊菲力$2180(推 IMG_2246 好漂釀~~~ 發現了嗎?小羔羊菲力是埋在軟綿綿的洋芋泥上喔 20130613_法雄(字 五分熟的小羔羊,嫩到不行 配上特製的波特酒醬汁 高雅又美味～～ 可惜份量也是走精緻路線 炭烤頂級肋眼摩洛覃菇醬$2180 IMG_2239 分量就比小羔羊大氣許多（笑 IMG_2243 味道也很棒～熟度控制剛好 IMG_2238 肋眼肉肉透著粉色, 鮮度很夠 IMG_2210 接著是甜點時間(轉 甜點有兩種可以選 當然要各來一種才是～ 烤布雷 IMG_2233 容器好可愛～份量大的讓人滿意 布雷口感偏小溼軟,蛋香足夠 熔岩巧克力左冰淇淋 IMG_2232 冷熱交加,巧可力挺香的 可惜口感偏粉 熱茶 IMG_2229 配上精緻的鍍金杯子 質感都高雅起來了～ 香氣十足的茶,配甜點剛剛好 招待的小甜點盤 IMG_2230 可麗露！是我吃過數一數二好吃的 IMG_2223 焦糖味十足 配上烤到略硬有嚼勁的外皮 和軟qq的內裡兒 整體吃下來 法熊餐點質感跟美味度都很夠(湯,軟殼蟹,小羔羊很推 視覺跟味覺都得到很棒的享受外 也讓我們道道有驚喜 只可惜甜點部分表現比較弱一些 (不過可利露很值得一吃) 至於服務部分 笑容可掬且很細心的解釋各道菜色 (甚至還貼心的問了我的姓氏 臨走前還不忘跟我說期待"陳"小姐下次光臨 讓小妹我有種備受禮遇的感覺(笑 希望這種貼心的服務對每位客人都一樣囉^^相信大家來用餐會非常窩心且滿足 謝謝這美好的一頓 讓我們在重要的日子能跟重要的人一起享受這美好的時光 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 36.229.197.240

陸軍下士洪仲丘案，事發至今已經28天，軍檢將在31日偵結起訴。針對542旅上士范佐憲等人凌虐洪仲丘動機，軍檢表示，由於義務役的洪仲丘拒絕背值星、竄改體測成績，才導致志願役士官不滿，對他展開報復。

軍檢31日上午公布洪仲丘枉死案偵結報告與起訴書，由於報告與起訴書內容並未說明范佐憲等人凌虐洪仲丘動機，因而引起在場記者提問。

軍檢表示，由於洪仲丘以退伍後打算考公務員為由，竄改5月時作的體測成績，加上他以即將退伍為由，拒絕背值星，引發范佐憲、陳以人等義務役士官不滿；范等人認為洪的舉動會造成其他人志願役弟兄的困擾。因此，便利用洪仲丘帶照相手機進入部隊的機會，藉機加以修理。

民進黨立委劉建國今（31）召開狂犬病防疫記者會，並現場Call-out給已退休的前疾管局長施文儀詢問防疫建議。施文儀在電話上表示，呼籲政府立即成立災害防救中心，統一指揮狂犬病的疫情防救工作。

施文儀指出，第一隻陽性鼬獾是去年4月撿獲，已讓病毒蔓延14個月，其實在7月16日專家會議決議，證實台灣有動物染狂犬病時，就應該成立了。

他還說，當時3隻陽性鼬獾跨兩縣市3鄉鎮，已非單一地方危機，台灣從52年清淨區變成疫區，事涉國土安全重要事項。

施文儀表示，台灣政府機構間本位主義重，協調度低，跨部會的複雜事務更難溝通，誰都不想得罪誰，怕以後相拄會著，或長官不悅；更何況已出現跨物種的感染，而地方政府也已成立災害防救指揮應變中心，疫情持續升溫與擴大，行政院不要再拖延了，儘速成立災防指揮中心。

劉建國強調，農委會已確認錢鼠感染狂犬病毒，連食蟲目動物都感染，代表狂犬病毒已跨物種，疫情更加嚴峻，雖然農委會防檢局已通知台東縣展開滅鼠，希望把狂犬病毒圍堵在山區，但中央防疫單位應結合地方防疫單位，大規模取樣檢驗追蹤，確認到底有少多動物染病，並全面消毒誘捕撲殺錢鼠，杜絕狂犬病毒隨老鼠四處流竄。
