中華電信帳單問題

我的計費周期是第五週期
(關帳日為二十一日凌晨，月租費及通信費為上月二十一日至當月二十日，繳費期限為次月十五日。)
我想要查6/21~7/20的帳單 應該也就是7月份帳單
可是再繳費歷史明細那裏查詢時
他說我的七月份帳單不存在 只顯示6月份
這是為什麼呢
照理說7月份的帳單此時應該已經出帳了不是嗎
