請先確定公司確實有投保健保，則你的健保就屬重複投保、重複繳健保費
請父親的投保單位辦理眷屬退保及退健保費申報作業，健保局查證無誤，會將父親繳的健保費退還
未來如果離職，公司會辦理勞健保退保：
  1 未滿二十歲，仍可依附父親，以眷屬身分繼續投保健保
  2 已滿二十歲，仍在學就讀，檢附蓋有註冊章之學生證影本，也仍可依附父親，以眷屬身分繼續投保健保
  3 已滿二十歲，未在學就讀，持身分證自行到戶籍地鄉鎮市區公所投保
公司如果沒有投保健保，請公司退還扣繳的健保費
