劉霞律師：考慮對北京警方提出控告

【於慶中／綜合外電報導】據挪威《晚郵報》(Aftenposten)報導，目前正在中國北京遭到軟禁的諾貝爾和平獎得主劉曉波的妻子劉霞，因被當局「無理剝奪謀生權利」，正在考慮要具狀控告北京警方。

劉霞的律師尚寶軍表示，遭到軟禁的劉霞無法像一名畫家和攝影家正常生活。尚寶軍表示，劉霞並沒有犯法，卻被禁止接待來客、使用網絡和電話，也不能收發信件，律師已經準備好提交訴訟，但目前正在等待中國政府對劉霞要求工作的回應。
