取締酒駕 宜縣雷厲風行大執法

農曆年前，尾牙旺季，宜蘭警方雷厲風行執行取締酒駕大執法，每天「不定時、不定點」設點臨檢盤查。警方說，這波行動將會一直持續到3月底。

宜蘭縣警局交通隊指出，即日起到3月份，民間將接連舉辦尾牙宴、農曆春節團圓餐會和春酒，是酒後開車肇事的高峰期，以最近2年的統計為例，民國101年在這3個月內，酒駕死亡3人，去年102年有9人，增加為3倍，且酒駕肇事致死率，佔車禍死亡的36％，高於21％的全國平均值。

宜蘭縣警察局交通隊指出，許多公司行號最近辦尾牙，一杯啤酒下肚，酒測值可能就會超標，呼籲民眾，如果要喝酒，請指定駕駛，或改搭計程車回家。

警方提醒，酒測的吐氣酒精濃度，每公升0.15毫克便會受罰，若達到0.25毫克，除了罰款，另外再依公共危險罪嫌移送法辦，籲請民眾，務必落實遵守「酒後不開車、開車不喝酒」，確保自己與他人的安全。
