分床睡較美滿　夫妻關係更有益

【綜合報導】加拿大多倫多雷爾森大學(Ryerson University)睡眠和憂鬱實驗室(Sleep and Depression Laboratory)副教授柯琳卡耐(Colleen Carney)表示，根據研究結果顯示分床睡的夫妻，關係通常比較好。
 
研究人員觀測同床睡夫妻的大腦活動，發現彼此容易受對方的動作或聲響而醒來，不容易進入深沉的睡眠，分床睡不但睡眠品質獲改善，夫妻關係也較美滿。
 
卡耐表示目前約有3到4成的夫妻會分床睡，其中一對夫妻分床睡長達14年，婚姻依舊美滿浪漫，這對夫妻表示唯一的問題是，外人聽到他們分床睡，都會覺得他們哪裡有問題。
