我買了2個無容絲開關+電表

我家的前面要租人賣東西我要算電費.所以我跑去買了1個叫做電度表的東西還有2個無容絲開關.可是我發現這個叫做電度表的東西上面寫了1S2S1L2L.請問這是要怎樣去分說前面和後面。
