敝公司為汎官股銀行之分行.去年(102)公司擬更換空調設備.經在地廠商估價後.金融應是超過採購法規定.依法應公開登報招標.主管竟以如被外縣市廠商得標.日後維修不易為由.將公司一.二樓硬是拆成兩次(隔年)施作.想當然爾施工廠商是主管屬意的.想請教熟知採購法的先進.這般作法有何瑕疵.或已涉及不法.謝謝....
