澳洲IPO募資額 今年看增五倍

澳洲首度公開發行股票（IPO）募資金額今年可望成長五倍，銀行業者承銷IPO進帳也暴增九倍，不少業者看好明年IPO市場會同樣熱絡。

湯森路透預估，澳洲企業2013年透過IPO共募得約60億美元，較去年激增五倍，為2010年以來最高紀錄。此外，IPO承銷收入也暴增至1.1億美元，其中本國業者麥格理銀行（Macquarie）賺取最多費用，瑞士銀行業者瑞銀居次。

集中於今年最後兩個月的IPO熱潮，促使部分銀行業者預測明年IPO募資總額，將不會受到商品價格下跌衝擊國內經濟的影響，繼續維持在54.6億美元的高水位。在2011年及2012年，投資人對於首次發行股票的需求不高，原因是全球經濟不確定性高，次級市場表現也不佳。

湯森路透資料顯示，澳洲IPO市場在2013年已躍居亞太地區第三活躍市場，僅次於香港及新加坡，較2012年的第12名大幅進步。
