要長時間閱讀寫字,想要買檯燈~請推薦並說明使用心得。

我上高中後需要長時間閱讀寫字,眼睛近視300左右了。
書桌有附上日光燈的檯燈,我從國小一直用到現在,一直覺得很刺眼!!! 但是不開房間又很暗....
之前有人送一個檯燈,可是壞了。
一想到我的眼睛可能會受不了,也會妨礙我念書,就想買個新的檯燈。
我的需求是:
防眩光、不閃爍、燈光柔和照射面積大、支架可以旋轉、耐用(我的書桌真的很礙事!!)
價格在1000~4000元左右

對於開燈會刺眼不開會暗摸摸的生活...真的讓人受不了

比較好的牌子好像是愛迪生? 還是有其他推薦的嗎?
請給我一些建議
