主任檢察官：洪案實況模擬釐清疑點

為釐清洪仲丘體檢報告能否半天出爐等諸多疑點，最高軍事法院檢察署檢察官古裕民今天率專案小組成員到國軍新竹醫院勘驗，還原洪體檢流程，一名憲兵扮演洪，實際抽血、驗尿、照X光等，模擬體檢實況。

晚間近八點左右，勘驗筆錄告一段落，高等軍事法院檢察署主任檢察官林文村出面簡短表示，實況模擬當天體檢流程，工作人員與當天一致，目的是釐清一些疑點，但細節須留待發言人說明，說完隨即離去。

陳以人的律師劉衡慶表示，醫院將洪的體檢優先處理是基於「服務」，洪的體檢半天出爐不是「特例」，以前就有許多優先處理案件。他說，當天該做的檢查都做了，只是縮短行政作業流程，沒有不法手段，內容也是真實的，沒有將不合格項目變合格。
