婦人院內痛死　衛福部：不排除讓該院降級

【邱俊吉／台北報導】婦人疑似術後活活痛死，阮綜合醫院除遭控拖延治療，也被批評獨留實習醫師卻不見值班醫師，且實習醫師是從波蘭醫學院畢業的「波波」，更被外界質疑缺乏臨床經驗，衛生福利部今強調，將立即啟動調查，不排除撤銷教學醫院資格，或從區域醫院降級為地區醫院。

衛福部醫事司副司長王宗曦今在立法院表示，依規定，實習醫師必須在合格醫師指導下才能從事醫療行為，教學醫院不能把實習醫師當正式人力來用；阮綜合醫院當天究竟有無值班醫師、主治醫師在場，除會要求地方衛生局進行調查，並已啟動即時、不定期的醫院評鑑，突擊檢查該院的教學、行政程序，若證明指控屬實，則該院已違反《醫療法》及《醫師法》，有可能調降其醫院等級，由區域醫院降至地區醫院，甚至取消教學醫院資格。
