熱帶性低氣壓　可能生成第31號颱風楊柳

【張勵德／台北報導】目前在菲律賓附近有一個熱帶性低氣壓，中央氣象局研判未來有發展成輕度颱風的趨勢，一旦生成颱風將是今年第31號颱風，中文譯名為「楊柳」(Podul，北韓命名)。

氣象局表示，目前此熱帶性低氣壓位在菲律賓近海，以時速25公里速度向西移動，未來進入南海後結構慢慢整合，有機會發展成颱風，不過路徑上會朝中南半島一帶前進，應不會直接影響台灣陸地。

未來楊柳颱風一旦生成，將是今年西北太平洋上第31個颱風，追平1992、1997年的紀錄，成為21年來最多颱風的年份之一。
