歐元區經濟信心 優於預期

歐元區11月經濟信心優於預期，為復甦增添動能再添徵兆。

歐盟執委會28日公布的企業與消費者信心指數，由10月的97.7上揚至98.5，高於彭博訪調31位經濟學家預測的中位數98。

信心提升的主要來源是服務業及工業，而零售業者對未來展望較10月更加樂觀。消費者及建築業信心則下滑。

道瓊社報導指出，部分部門信心持續提升的消息，有助於創造就業機會，進而提振消費者信心。

歐元區第3季經濟成長放緩，且歐洲央行月初基於預測下半年經濟僅溫和成長，調降再融資利率至0.25%的新低。歐洲央行總裁德拉基表示，出口品需求逐漸增強，將提供成長動能。

根據彭博新聞18日公布的訪調結果，經濟學家預測歐元區第4季經濟成長率將較上季增加0.3個百分點至0.4%，並預估全年經濟萎縮0.4%。
