纜車標案收賄 顏萬進判12年半定讞

前內政部次長__顏萬進2006年辦理北投纜車標案時，被控收受廠商賄賂，協助業者取得執照，最高法院今天依貪污罪、判刑12年6個月，全案定讞。 判決指出，當年參與北投纜車案競標的建設公司，為求環評過關，先以800萬行賄當時的陽明山管理處處長__蔡佰祿，再花120萬行賄前內政部次長顏萬進，最後如願取得建造執照。此外顏萬進還被控收受航空業者贈與的機票。今天最高法院依貪污等罪判顏萬進12年6個月重刑，褫奪公權8年，全案定讞。
